The completion of the Chemi Chemi-Saboti Center bridge has eased life in Saboti Constituency after area Member of Parliament Caleb Amisi commissioned the infrastructure.

The residents had suffered for decades following the poor state of the road that was constantly being messed up by floods during rainy seasons.

Residents could not hide their joy as they broke into song and dance to welcome the new development, flanking their legislator as he launched the milestone.

According to residents, the bridge posed a serious risk to their lives, especially for schoolchildren during the rainy season where it would often flood, severely paralysing their daily activities.

Hon. Caleb Amisi, popularly known as “Kijana Power”, has now put an end to their struggles by officially opening the newly reconstructed bridge.

This development will not only improve the transportation of agricultural goods to the market but also enhance the overall connectivity of Saboti Constituency in Trans Nzoia County, with other areas.

Mr. Amisi has also pledged to remain committed to improving the infrastructure for his residents.
