Bonface Ondigi Mogaka, a first-year student at Chuka University, is now the proud owner of a Daihatsu Mira car, thanks to the Khetias Supermarket Chota Kuchota 2023/2024 promotion.

Ondigi, overwhelmed with disbelief and elation, emerged as the latest victor in a raffle organized by Khetias Supermarket.

“I have never dreamt that I could be a winner of a car, let alone a raffle. I am extremely thankful to God,” expressed Ondigi, encouraging fellow residents of Chuka and Ndagani to continue supporting Khetias Supermarket.

He shared his own experience, emphasizing his consistent patronage since arriving at the university.

“I was not shopping for a reward, but I can confirm that such competitions are true. I am a first-year student, but I have been doing my shopping here since I arrived at the university,” affirmed Ondigi.

Recalling the moment he received the life-changing news, Ondigi initially mistook the call informing him of his win as a joke.

“When I was called, I thought it was a joke. I boarded a motorcycle here, and I found out that I had won. I was also encouraged by my friends to come and confirm after the supermarket management called me. I was doubtful at first,” shared Ondigi, reminiscing about the surreal moment.

Fredrick Ochieng, the Marketing Manager at Khetias Supermarket, extended gratitude to the loyal customers for their passionate support.

The annual competition took place across four branches in the region—Meru, Chuka, Maua, and Nyeri—with previous editions producing winners from the Meru and Nyeri branches.
