Families across Western Kenya have something to smile about after local baker started selling bread at wholesale prices.

Salama Bakery, which produces the popular Western Toast bread, has announced that families can now acquire all their varieties on retail prices.

Confirming the reviewed prices to WakajuanessLive.Com, Salama Bakery Managing Director, Jamal Ahmed, stated that the new prices are meant to cushion their loyal customers from the high cost of living.

“We have reviewed these prices to enable all our customers acquire our products without straining their pockets,” he said.

The new prices are now as follows:

  • 2 pieces of 200g offer at Ksh45
  • 400grams at Ksh45
  • 600grams at Ksh70
  • 800grams at Ksh90
  • 1.5kgs at Ksh180
  • Scones at Ksh50

One can visit their Headquarters in Bungoma town Opposite the Bungoma Tourist Hotel next to Agha Khan Hospital.

Learning institutions, supermarkets and corporate entities can also place their orders.

Salama Bakery has been in the baking industry for over 50 years, producing one of the best products across the region.

The brand has also been essential in giving back to the community through a series of charity programmes, including nurturing sports talent in the region.
